What FORKPIN provides

FORKPIN identifies restaurants, displays sourced facts and policies, and points agents to evidenced provider channels. It does not rank restaurants or platforms for payment, place reservations, take payment, call a restaurant, or guarantee availability, opening hours or successful service. A verified link records a past check, not a live seat or booking confirmation.

Using a handoff

Check restaurant identity and the current policy before following a returned URL. Use one intent for one attempt; reuse the same intent key and token on retry and do not poll availability. Ask the user before an action marked requires_human_approval. The destination platform controls its own account, booking and cancellation rules. Unknown facts remain unknown.

Security incidents

If we become aware of a security incident affecting users, we investigate and notify affected users through available contact channels within 48 hours, then update them as the facts are verified.

Reports

Submit only what was actually observed, with evidence and time. Do not submit guest personal information, payment data or credentials. Reports are reviewed before public reuse and never establish ownership or a restaurant's verified status by themselves.
